C. Advertisers – A User who has agreed to our Advertiser Agreement and establishes an advertising account with us, regardless of whether such individual has prepared or published an advertisement on the Site. All Advertisers are Users, but not all Users are Advertisers.

IX. Our Commitment to Data Security.

We take commercially reasonable measures to protect the transmission of all User information.
